Grape Finance is a revolutionary algorithmic stablecoin protocol pegged 1:1 to the Avalanche-based MIM token. Similar to Basis Cash, the Grape Finance protocol employs three tokens, namely GRAPE, WINE, and GBOND, to encourage a stable 1:1 peg to MIM. The protocol uses dynamic adjustments to the GRAPE token's supply, which can either increase or decrease its price relative to the price of MIM. If the MIM token loses its peg, Grape Finance should maintain the 1:1 peg, as intended.

WINE is one of the ways to measure the value of the Grape Finance protocol and its ability to maintain GRAPE close to the peg. During epoch expansions, the protocol mints GRAPE and distributes it proportionally to all WINE holders who have staked their tokens in the Winery. WINE holders have DAO voting rights on proposals to enhance the protocol and future use cases within the Grape Finance ecosystem.

The maximum total supply of WINE is 50,001 tokens distributed as follows:

DAO Allocation: 4500 WINE vested linearly over 300 days

Team Allocation: 4500 WINE vested linearly over 300 days

Rewards: 41,000 WINE are allocated to incentivize liquidity providers in two shares pools for the next year. WINE rewards will continue in the Vineyard until Jan 21, 2023, 8 PM UTC.

The Winery NFT collection is a limited edition of 2700 VIP cards that offer exclusive opportunities to holders. NFT holders become part of the Grape Finance DAO's exclusive VIP club and are granted benefits that cover all aspects of Grape's current and future platform additions. The collection is limited to a total of 2700 and will never be replicated.
