Universe Protocol is a social media NFT marketplace that allows artists and collectors to build a community and streamline community engagement of NFTs. The XYZ token is the native governance token that controls the xyzDAO and the Universe Protocol. By holding the XYZ token, artists and collectors can build a community on the same platform they own a part of. The XYZ token can be used for voting on the xyzDAO proposals and staking in the xyzDAO to earn XYZ rewards.

The xyzDAO launched on June 6th, 2021, with 1 billion XYZ tokens created at genesis. A certain percentage of additional supply can be issued each year to support new users who want to join the network. This function is controlled by the DAO.

Troy is a co-founder of BarnBridge, a fluctuations derivatives protocol for hedging yield sensitivity and market price. Troy also runs RUDE_labs, a crypto-centric artist company. He has been exploring the many benefits that blockchain can bring to media and artists since 2012 when he got bit by the Bitcoin bug and has been falling down the rabbit hole ever since. Troy has worked in and around the Crypto space, devoting most of his time to Ethereum based projects.

Tyler Ward is also a co-founder of BarnBridge and is the founder of Proof Systems, one of the largest marketing & UI/UX companies specializing in digital assets. Tyler has worked with ConsenSys, Earn.com (acquired by Coinbase), FOAM, Dether, Grid+, Centrality, Sylo, NEAR Protocol, DARMA Capital, SingularDTV & the snglsDAO. He started working in crypto in late 2016 & has bought and sold numerous eCommerce companies.

Milad Mostavi is also a co-founder of BarnBridge and has an active CTO role. He is a seasoned software architect and in the past 5 years has worked with ConsenSys on a dozen different projects. His contribution was decisive in successfully launching SingularDTV and Gnosis and orchestrated the development of SingularDTV’s entertainment decentralized ecosystem.

Tim Kang developed Sevens Foundation and CUE Music as a solo engineer to support and empower artists and creatives. As both a technical and product visionary, he's an early investor in Ethereum, Chainlink, and BarnBridge and has been working towards building a more fair future for others through decentralized systems. He is also known as 'illestrater' who had broken NFT sales records which in turn helped.
