Bui Cai is the mastermind behind HowlCity and the leader of a team of 15 experienced game developers. With over 5-10 years in the industry, the team includes a diverse range of talented individuals with a wealth of experience. Cai began his career as a team leader and game developer in 2010, and went on to hold the position of CEO of GameLand in 2017. In 2019, he became the former CEO of StudioH and is now the CEO and founder of HowlCity.

The team is also supported by experienced personnel including Binh Mai as CTO and Co-Founder, Duy Anh as Game Leader, Harry Pham as Game Manager, Hanh Nguyen as Backend Lead, Duy Quang as blockchain developer, Huy Le as Game Lead, and Hang Nguyen as Game Artist. Vo Anh, the Lead Game Developer, has had experience at GameLoft since 2014 and at VRtech Joint Stock Company since 2019, while Duy Anh, the Backend Lead, has worked at EMDDI JSC since 2018, as well as at Merchize/Foobla and FSoft.
