Equilibrium Games is a gaming company that has set its sights on bridging the gap between the gaming industry and the blockchain world. The company is working closely with other game development firms to integrate blockchain technology into their products.

The company has partnered with HODLmon (by Double Infinity), Xscape, and HappyCatsNFT to develop blockchain-based games that use Equilibrium as their primary currency. Equilibrium Games is unique because it is the first gaming company to develop a game on the XRP Ledger, which provides almost no gas/transaction fees and super-fast transaction speeds. The total fixed supply and circulation of Equilibrium Coins is 100,000,000 EQ, with 80% of it given to the community via airdrops and 20% reserved to be earnable in the games. When the 20% reserved runs out, the games and marketplace will have an invisible tax system that returns funds to the 20% reserved.

Equilibrium runs on the XRPL, which is secured by the XRPL validators. Equilibrium began trading in August 2021, and it is now possible to trade Equilibrium coins.
