CryptoPunt is a decentralized gaming and gambling platform that provides users with a seamless experience while ensuring high-throughput and secure transactions. The platform is underpinned by the Polygon blockchain and underwent a careful planning process to ensure its frontend was entirely intuitive and user-friendly. It officially launched on October 18th, 2021.

There is a total supply of 160 million PUN tokens, of which 50 million were issued to early-stage investors during the sales process. 40 million tokens were allocated to financing operations, with half of the operational financing allocated to funding operational tasks and the remainder to fund partnerships. Additionally, 20 million tokens were allocated to CryptoPunt contributor incentives, including the establishment of bounty programs, and 20 million to the CryptoPunt team and advisors. Five million tokens were stored in a storage solution, reserved for liquidity purposes, and another five million dedicated to the CryptoPunt staff and bootstrapping the project.

The CryptoPunt team is led by an executive team with experience in the tech and gaming industries. Additionally, the platform onboarded VYSYN Ventures CEO KVESTOR as an advisor. VYSYN Ventures were among the early-stage supporters of the CryptoPunt project.

CryptoPunt received investment and incubation services from several cryptocurrency-focused venture capital companies, including VYSYN Ventures, Insignius Capital, and Black Dragon. These early-stage supporters of the project have provided invaluable support to the CryptoPunt team.
