Cipher (CPR) is a digital utility token that aims to create a unified ecosystem business without the need for an initial coin offering (ICO) or initial exchange offering (IEO). This token operates on the Ethereum blockchain and follows the ERC20 standard version.

Its P2P-based exchange, Cipher Exchange, integrates all existing cryptocurrencies and provides a digital crypto wallet for storing coins and carrying out payment transactions. The exchange can handle multiple transactions at a fast pace and is equipped with fault-finding techniques to detect any discrepancies.

Furthermore, Cipher provides an on-demand application called Cipher Zap, which enables users to book electric cabs conveniently. The app connects the passenger with the nearest available driver, using GPS coordinates for efficient matching. The app is scalable and configurable to desktops and offers features such as fare display, real-time passenger location tracking, and more.

In addition to the exchange and the cab booking app, Cipher offers a Fantasy Sports platform, Cipher11, that allows users to showcase their knowledge and skills in sports such as Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, etc. The platform is free to join and provides a fun and engaging way for users to interact with their favorite sports.

Cipher's team consists of Raja, Pradeep, Nidhin, and Varun, who started the project on April 9, 2018. The team is distributed across India, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
