Armor (ARMOR) is a DeFi protocol designed to provide users with protection for the funds they hold on various DeFi protocols. The platform offers a quick, self-regulating, and pay-as-you-go coverage for users’ funds, with the aim of providing a solution for all types of hacking.

The Armor system is designed to detect any changes in the balance of supported protocols and prompt users to adjust their plans accordingly. If the platform holding the users’ funds is hacked and the claim is approved, they are entitled to complete compensation for their losses. This ensures that users have the maximum protection possible to protect their funds.

Armor also offers protection covers and insurance policies to users in case of such instances. The project works by establishing NFTs in users' accounts representing the taken cover amount, allowing for the accurate tracking of users’ account funds. If the account is hacked during the cover protection, the user can be instantly compensated after the claim approval.

The governance token of Armor is ARMOR, which operates on the Ethereum network. The token provides users with voting rights on the platform, as outlined in the whitepaper of Armor. The maximum total supply of ARMOR is 750 million tokens, and the platform has a team of experienced professionals, including Robert M.C. Forster as the cofounder of Armor-fi, Christopher Hearey as the community manager, Rus Huges as the CTO, Romke Jonker as the development manager, and various other team members.
