On the primary market, private auctions are regularly hosted where new NFTs are initially released. On the secondary or resale market, purchasers can buy and sell their personally-owned fashion NFTs.

Altava was founded by Andy Ku and Elizabeth von Guttman. Andy Ku is the CEO and founder of Altava Group. He is a Cornell and Harvard graduate and a serial entrepreneur in social media and gaming. He was the founder of Nurien Soft, the developer of MStar, a 3D-avatar based fashion social game sold to Netmarble, one of the biggest gaming companies in the world with a market cap of $13.5B. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Realtime Worlds Asia and the founder of BlueArk Global, a mobile media, education, and game services company.

Elizabeth von Guttman is the co-founder and Chief Communications Officer of Altava Group. She is the co-founder of System Magazine and Ever Consulting & Manifesto. She also serves as the Business Development Director of Wednesday Agency Group.
